Grazia del’Oglio & Malory Richard are the founders of the "Energy kidz concept" which is currently developed in various European Countries. With a goal in achieving and obtaining a good general condition they guarantee the civil moral and emotional security in a workout for kids. Grazia, a FISAF master trainer for France created 2 programs "Energy Kidz concept" and "Energy Master concept". Therefore she was active in rowing.
